Terms of use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PriceIQ (the “Tool”), a Microsoft Fabric workload provided by iLink Digital, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Tool on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

PriceIQ is a purpose-built pricing and promotions workload that runs within your Microsoft Fabric tenant. It allows you to set up projects, upload your own and comp pricing, elasticity, promotion data, create scenarios, run simulations and generate impact on revenue, sales, market share, etc. Certain features may, in the future, integrate with other items already present in your Microsoft Fabric tenant (e.g., datasets, pipelines, or reports); such integrations will only be enabled with your explicit configuration and consent.

3. License, Availability, and Free Trial

PriceIQ is made available with limited functionality free of charge for 30 days. After the trial period ends, you will retain read-only access to the scenarios and projects you created, but will not be able to add or modify any new or existing project or scenario until you contact us to continue use.

We may change, limit, or suspend the Tool (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we are not liable for any downtime, service interruption, or loss related to availability.

4. User-Uploaded Data

During Project Setup, you may upload pricing data, product catalogs, or other business data (“Project Data”). You retain all ownership rights to your Project Data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and right to use any Project Data you upload. iLink Digital processes Project Data solely to provide the Tool’s functionality (calculations, reports, storage within your Microsoft Fabric tenant) and does not use it to train models or share it with third parties, except as required to operate the Tool or comply with law.

5. Future Updates

If and when PriceIQ offers integration with other items in your Microsoft Fabric tenant, such access will be scoped to what you explicitly authorize (e.g., via Microsoft Fabric permissions/OAuth consent), and this Terms of Use will be updated to describe the scope of that access before it is enabled.

6. Data Storage, Processing, and Retention

Your Project Data is stored at rest in a Microsoft Fabric SQL database within your own Microsoft Fabric tenant. Certain calculations and processing operations are performed on iLink Digital’s own tenant/compute environment; Project Data may transit to iLink’s tenant temporarily for this purpose and is not persistently retained there beyond what is needed to complete processing.

In addition, iLink Digital maintains metadata to enable the Tool’s operation and reconnect you to your data (ex but not limited to your Microsoft Fabric Tenant ID). This metadata does not include the underlying Project Data itself.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Tool to upload data you do not have rights to, to reverse-engineer the Tool, or to use it in violation of applicable law or Microsoft Fabric’s own terms of use.

8. Disclaimer

The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available.” iLink Digital makes no guarantees about its accuracy, performance, or suitability for any purpose. We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLink Digital is not liable for any damages — including data loss, downtime, business interruption, or lost profits — arising from your use of, or inability to use, PriceIQ.

10. Changes to the Tool and Terms

iLink Digital may update the Tool’s features and this Terms of Use from time to time, particularly as new capabilities are added. All updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Tool means you agree to any modified Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate use of the Tool. Upon termination, your Project Data remains in your own Microsoft Fabric tenant, subject to your organization’s data retention practices.
