• Webhook-triggered Automation: A SafetyCulture webhook triggers Azure Functions to fetch, parse, and store inspection data in the appropriate regional Azure SQL database.

• Power Automate–Driven Report Generation: On data availability, Power Automate initiates an HTML/PDF generation workflow using templated JSON and inspection data.

• Configurable Power App: A user-friendly Power App allows business users to modify report templates—headers, disclaimer text, color themes, layout without developer support.

• Instant Preview Capability: Users can preview reports using sample inspection data before finalizing changes.

• Secure Storage & Access: All reports and template configurations are securely stored in SharePoint with user-level permissions.

• Automated Delivery: Final reports with audit accuracy and compliance formatting—are automatically uploaded to SharePoint and sent via email to auditors and customers.
