Noland has over 16 years of experience delivering channel partner marketing services to Fortune 50 technology companies. Noland oversees all aspect of service delivery for the Digital Strategy business unit within iLink Digital. He also leads daily business operations for Red Sky, a wholly-owned subsidiary of iLink Digital that services channel-driven enterprise companies with end to end solutions for their digital transformation journey.

Noland co-founded Red Sky in 2007 and led Red Sky as Chief Operating Officer until its acquisition by iLink Digital in 2017. Under Noland’s leadership, Red Sky grew at a rapid pace. In 2011, Red Sky ranked #33 out of the 100 Fastest Growing Companies in the Puget Sound, according to the Puget Sound Journal. In 2012, Inc 500 identified Red Sky as one of the 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in the United States. Microsoft selected Red Sky as one of five finalists for its Reduced Risk Award as part of the 2014 Microsoft Preferred Supplier Program Excellence Awards. Red Sky was among only a handful of small businesses that were selected as award finalists, with the majority being mid to large-sized, global suppliers of Microsoft.

Before co-founding Red Sky, Noland provided business consulting services to Microsoft Corporation under the Inviso brand. Prior to that, Noland worked for Microsoft Corporation from 1996 to 2004, contributing to the launch of a variety of Microsoft products such as Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Visual Studio ’97, and MSN 8.  Noland graduated from the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minor in European Languages.
