Job Description
Technical Account Managers for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Bothell, WA). Oversee new existing and prospective strategic technical accounts, software delivery, including but not limited to technical leadership and strategic plan development for Cloud, IoT, and Data projects and project management efforts. Execute and report plans for project management of assigned technical accounts, including designing, developing and implementing software and strategic plans to meet client goals. Responsible for technical leadership, account management and growth targets for technical accounts. Project resource needs within technical projects. Prepare presentations for prospective clients of existing products and services and develop SOWs, LRFP, and Sprint plan for end-to-end IT operations. Provide reporting on projects valued in excess of $3M. Serve in PMO capacity and lead onsite and offshore teams in cloud deployment of software products and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field plus six years of progressive experience in the job offered or in IT PM/Lead required.
Skills Required: 4 years: technical leadership; account management; reporting on projects valued over $3M; strategic plan development; develop SOWs, LRFP, Sprint plan developments for end-to-end IT operations; leading onsite and offshore teams in cloud deployment. Experience must include working in PMO capacity.
