Job Description
As an RPA Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions across the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, increase productivity, and reduce costs. You will also provide technical guidance and support to other members of the RPA development team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain RPA code and configuration standards, best practices, and guidelines
- Design, build, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools and technologies
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to understand business requirements and develop automation solutions that meet business needs
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of RPA processes to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical guidance and support to other members of the RPA development team
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies and regulations
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of RPA solutions and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in RPA development and implementation
- Strong technical skills in RPA tools and technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other industry-standard RPA platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in Agile development methodologies and project management practices
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and platforms is a plus
